[MinnowBoard] New Board not Video Output

The same thing happened to me.  I had to get an RMA from CircuitCo, shippped it back and they reflashed it.  They charged me to get it shipped back (another topic).      To do this yourself, you need a Dediprog SF100 spi programmer $230.

I think the firmware are not present or faulty, as you should have 2 LEDs lighting. It looks like this if you have a empty SPI flash.
