[MinnowBoard] PXE boot: Down rev firmware

I will open a bug report if you believe this is a bug.  I am not 
positive where the issue came from the be honest.  I haven't booted the 
minnowboard max in about ~1 month.

I went back and used my old boot server though and I can't get it to 
boot from it either.

I did roll back to 0.71, but I was unable to get PXE working there 
either.  I only though I was at 0.71 because that is what I found on a 
memory stick.

Since 0.71 wasn't working either, I upgraded to 0.80 and put ipxe on a 
USB device.  From there, I can boot find including the DHCP process.

Is anyone else PXE booting a MinnowBoard Max?  I would like to know if 
it is a configuration issue on my side or whether this really is a bug 
before I file a ticket.
