I have back-rev'ed the firmware to 0.71, but my problem did not go 
away.  I will have to investigate further to see what else might have 
possibly changed.

Oddly, other boxes on the same network are still netbooting fine. Just 
the Minnowboard max has stopped.

I am using an ipxe.efi generated from the rom-o-matic tool from ~6-8 
months ago.

At this point though, the board isn't even trying to tftp it down.
