[MinnowBoard] Problem with I2C on Windows 7

Hi all,
I have a problem with I2C on Windows 7 when I want to readed it I got error
31 ( ERROR_GEN_FAILURE ). I use  microchip 24KC16B for I2C and  Intel IO
