[MinnowBoard] USB doesn't work

Hi,

in my new Minnowbord max, the USB/USB3 ports doesn't work any more.
Connecting an usb pen drive, the led on pen, doesn't blink, and i can't see
nothing in the /var/log/messages. I've tried also an external usb hub
(powered) but nothing to do.
Note: i've made the installation with a CDROM connected to usb port (but
powered with external source).
Any suggestions?
