[MinnowBoard] no suitable video mode found booting in blind mode

Hi John,
you're my hero!! The setting "console=ttyS0,115200n8" is the solution!!
I've finished the installation and the system is up and running with Debian
8.
I've only one issue: why the USB/USB3 doesn't power the connected devices?
If i connect a usb pen drive, the led on pen, doesn't blink, and i can't
see nothing in the /var/log/messages. I think that it is related to some
settings of bios or hardware fault.
Note: i've made the installation with a CDROM connected to usb port (but
powered with external source).
