[MinnowBoard] no suitable video mode found booting in blind mode

That particular message isn't a fatal error in iteself I don't believe
(I see that in other situations and the boot completes successfully).
Consider increasing the loglevel or booting in debug.

The points power or relevant as well and I'd suggest trying to boot from
USB as Bill suggested.
