As I've stated before in this group, 2 or 2.5A supplies are MARGINAL for 
this board and will not run external drives or other peripherals. If you 
add a Lure it gets worse.

You need at least a 3A supply and Wall Warts are terrible supplies for 
CPUs like this. They cannot handle the startup current needs. It's 
really a fluke that this works at all. It's not the running current that 
is usually the problem, it's the instantaneous current load on startup 
that is the issue.

I've been designing systems for 45+ years..believe me I know what I'm 
talking about...

Get yourself a good switching supply...
