[MinnowBoard] no suitable video mode found booting in blind mode

Hi all,

i've just received my Minnowboard max, and i'm trying to install using
external usb cdrom with Debian 8 (and Debian 7).
I'm connected to the board with serial cable. I'm able to boot Debian, but
after selected the installation type (Text/Graphical) i've the output: "no
suitable video mode found booting in blind mode" and the install stop
there. I've updated the firmware to the last one. How can i solve it?
