Hey guys,
I am trying to use the SPI-Bus to communicate with an Arduino Mega Board. I
tried to follow this tutorial (
http://www.mjoldfield.com/atelier/2014/12/mbmx-spi.html) but did not manage
to get it working.
My steps:
1. Install Lubuntu with Kernel linux-3.19.0-16-gerneric
2. Downloaded Kernel linux-3.18.0-gerneric from (
https://www.kernel.org/pub/linux/kernel/v3.x). I used this kernel as it was
used in the tutorial as well.
3. Used the .config file from
https://github.com/mjoldfield/seabass/blob/master/config
4. Compiled the kernel successfully
4. Followed the instructions given in the tutorial and ended up with an
error "insmod: unable to load modules"
Has anyone enabled SPI on the Minnowboard Max yet? Do you have a better
tutorial for me? Do you know how to solve my problem?
Any help is much appreciated!
Thank you in advance.
Hans
