[MinnowBoard] HDMI screens - error: no suitable video mode found.

I had this error earlier last week. I swapped out the hdmi cable +
micro hdmi adapter I was using for an HDMI cable with an actual
micro-hdmi end and the problem went away. I'm not sure if the error
was caused by the adapter I was using or the hdmi cable, but
regardless, the purchase of a new cable for $12 solved my problem.
