Hi,
I'm having trouble getting HDMI to work.
I tried my setup with three different monitors, but none of them works.
I have a Revision A2 board updated to latest Firmware:
MNW2MAX1.X64.0079.R01.1504081555
I tried Debian 8 and Ubuntu 14.04, both show no output on display,
neither in UEFI nor after Linux has loaded.
Before handing over to Linux, GRUB displays:
error: no suitable video mode found.
Booting in blind mode
I can observe the following in kernel message buffer:
i915 0000:00:02.0: No connectors reported connected with modes
[drm] Cannot find any crtc or sizes - going 1024x768
Please find attached the full boot log from shell to system.
(Added "console=tty1 console=ttyS0,115200n8" in GRUB)
I'm aware of the known issue with missing level shifters mentioned here:

Is the only thing left to try a powered HDMI switch?
Thanks for your input!
