Hi Lucas,
What I mean is that many pins are multiplexed and that is controlled by something called ”pad configuration registers”. In order to use the pads (pins) it’s not sufficient to change the GPIO configuration registers. You need to change the pads configuration registers as well, so the functionality gets routed to the pin of the chip. The changes need to be made to the pad configuration registers first and after that you will be able to set the GPIO configuration for the pins.
The documentation you need is the BWG and EDS documentation.
