[MinnowBoard] Jetsam Lure (mPCIE Lure) availabiliy ???

[Scott Guthrie]

I ordered my Flotsam though them, and I received it fine.  They also sent
the replacement Flotsam when the first had a reversed component with no
difficulties whatsoever.
