[MinnowBoard] What is the distribution status of MinnowMax Single and Dual?

This is OFFTOPIC for the Minnow list, but does anyone know if Intel
NUC's have the ability to rebuild firmware from tianocore.org sources?
AFAIK, Tunnel Mountain and MinnowBoards are the only two Intel platforms
that enable this. If NUC does this, that would be nice to know.
