[MinnowBoard] MinnowBoard Max won't boot.

Have to ask the obvious, the adapter isn't backwards is it?  Assuming
you are getting both LEDs, and have at least a 2A 5V power supply hooked
up I'd expect at least a line or so across the serial console.

If you can't get anything out of the serial console, it's probably a
board that's gone bad :-/
