[MinnowBoard] Second UART under WIN8.1E

Hello,

After installing all drivers device list have one unknown device, two 
UART controller but only one COM port. See attached pic.

Could you please tell me how i can  get second UART working(available on 
device list)?

Booth uart turned on in BIOS.
