[MinnowBoard] No EUFI shell - No Display - D2 LED never Turns on

Are you pressing the power button after plugging in the barrel connector?
If so, and you never see D2 come on, it's very possible you have a bad
board. I suggest disconnecting everything. Plug in the power connector.
Verify D1 comes on. Press and release the power button, if D2 doesn't come
on, we should look at an RMA.
