[MinnowBoard] [MinnowBoardMax] gcc flags

1. What Linux distribution are you running?
2. What do you have in /etc/make.conf or any system config file which
contains build flags to use?
3. If you've rebuilt system binaries or libraries (e.g. glibc), what build
flags did you use?
