[MinnowBoard] [MinnowBoardMax] gcc flags

I am sadly unable to send an example of what is going wrong.

But if I run systemctl --help in GDB, I get an illegal instruction and if I
switch to asm layout, the last instruction seems to be a "vstmxcsr" which
is, if I'm not mistaken from the avx extension (even though the error is
still here if I compile with -mno-avx -mno-avx2.
