gEdkiiMemoryProfileGuid was introduced for memory profile feature, you can see the EDK2 SVN R16335 and R16336. So the new version driver needs to co-work with new core, or you need to use the old version driver.

No idea - this looks like something the edk2 devs might be able to help with, though.
