[MinnowBoard] [EDK2][MNW2]: Problem building MinnowMAX firmware 0.77 on Windows.

Thanks Bruce

I did in fact read that & patched OpenSSL and THOUGHT I had correctly downloaded all the binaries. Guess somehow they landed up in the wrong place. Will check this out tomorrow - now I know where to look!
