[MinnowBoard] Page Not Found for FSP

Hello

While following the Wiki instruction for building the corebuilt:

http://www.elinux.org/Minnowboard:MinnowMaxCoreboot

I clicked on the: Download FSP Archive:

FSP

   - Download FSP archive
   <http://downloadcenter.intel.com/DownloadManager.aspx?lang=eng&httpDown=http://downloadmirror.intel.com/23720/eng/BAY_TRAIL_FSP_KIT.tgz>
   - extract from archive
   - follow instructions in Readme_Extract to extract FSP


This resulted in a page not found response.

Is there a new set of instructions or procedure that I should be following?
