Hi everybody,

I have installed Windows 8.1 embedded Industry Pro Evaluation version a first time on a MinnowBoard MAX.
I had a problem when selecting the SATA partition to install to. It didn’t show. I don’t remember how, but finally it appeared and install has been done.

Now, for many reasons, I want to reinstall Windows. But this time it’s impossible to see the SATA disk, only the micro sdcard.
I must say that I need to boot disk unplugged, otherwise it boots to the old install.

I have tried boot disk unplugged and then plug it and do a « connect -r » , no success.
I have tried without the « connect -r » , no success too.

Only keyboard, and mouse are connected to usb ports. micro HDMI to screen.
The SATA DD is a Kingston SSDNow 300 (120GB)

I have to add that I have a second MNB MAX on which I have installed a Debian Linux.
I remembre that I have some problems to see the SATA disk at install time, and that the problem disappeared when I removed an usb key that was connected.
I’m not sure it was the problem, but at the moment, it seemed that yes.
SATA DD is an other one but same model (is it a disk pb?)

Do you have any ideas that can help me explain what’s happening

Thanks in advance

Regards

nb
