[MinnowBoard] New minnow board max and no video and no console - broken ?

We found that non-powered Micro-HDMI to VGA converters don't work with
the MinnowBoardMax at all. Some have reported success with powered
ones. I recommend getting a Micro-HDMI to DVI cable. To connect via
serial I use putty (on Windows) with a speed of 115200 and it works
fine. Which lights are flashing on the FTDI board, and when do they
flash? Are you sure you have the FTDI board plugged in correctly.
The ground pin is the far right pin on the MinnowBoardMax header.
Cheers,
