[MinnowBoard] How to build IA32 MinnowBoard Max firmware on Windows

I figured it out while I was asking, so for the record it's

Build_IFWI.bat /IA32 MNW2 Debug

Maybe should be included in the next release notes for those who don't
like reading .bat files ;-)
