[MinnowBoard] minnow max infinite rebooting

Now that I have serial working, it turns out that the infinite reboot
I thought I was getting was more like an infinite video fail, because
I can see it's running fine via the serial output. It's just the
monitor is powering up and powering down over and over. If I turn of
the monitor and turn it back on again, then all is well. Sorry for two
false alarms.
