[MinnowBoard] GSoC 2015 - Is there interest?

In a more general sense I've gone ahead and started the bare bones page at
http://elinux.org/Minnowboard:GSoC2015
if you've got an idea and are willing to mentor, add it and talk to me
about it. I have some extra requirements on how I run GSoC orgs:
- We generally group mentor, so you'll never be off on your own as a mentor
- I require IRC interviews with students (we've found this exceedingly
helpful in the past)
- We require weekly check-ins with the students
Beyond that I'm pretty flexible. I'm going to get some of my ideas up,
sounds like Michael's got one as well. Hopefully there's some more
ideas out there!

Perhaps some student that is into robotics at a school with some functional programming classes and research going on. Some previous Haskell experience is a must.
