[MinnowBoard] Fan pin j5 layout

Hi,

I was able to get a 2.5 inch drive running from the MinnowMax and
tested it with U-Boot. The first time I tried I was assuming pin 1 was
ground. Not a great idea to swap ground and 5V between board revs!
Luckily I did not fry the drivers.
