[MinnowBoard] Fan pin j5 layout

The wiki's original documentation was based on A0, if it changed at some
point after that, then yes that would be wrong from the wiki.  Please go
ahead and and update the wiki, and if it's not changed when I'm back in
the office I'll get it updated with a note about the earlier boards.
