[MinnowBoard] NVRAM Issue: No Video, but UEFI not bricked

Sadly I don't control how those releases come out, and trust me there
has been a lot of internal discussion on that over the last month and a
half.  There should be some changes coming that would make that easier /
better, but the firmware team isn't there yet.

We've had a couple of pre-releases get attached to specific bugs for
testing.  Case in point:

https://bugzilla.yoctoproject.org/show_bug.cgi?id=6599

has a newer firmware (than 0.73) that has the new GOP (graphics) driver
in it, it might be worth testing *IF* you have a SPI programmer (if not
I wouldn't recommend it).
