[MinnowBoard] does MBM uefi support ddr3 chip MT41K128M16JT-125

Minnow Max 1GB SKU board also uses this memory chip (D9PTK).  Memory data has been configured in devicetree.cb in minnowmax folder (src/mainboard/intel/minnowmax).
