[MinnowBoard] Is Minnowmax support Wake on Wireless Lan?

This is most likely due to the firmware shutting it down when entering
into the S3 state. A quick look at
http://elinux.org/Minnowboard:MaxBios
doesn't show me any wake options, so it might be worth filing a bug
about this and see if the firmware team can confirm this and, if so if
there should be an option added to allow for wake-on-(wireless)lan
(effectively) to be added.
