[MinnowBoard] Cuttle(bone) Lure

While we wait for some lures to come out just thought we might be able to
use existing expansions with a little tweak.

This lure connects the Low Speed I/O to popular pins for BeagleBone* Capes.

it doesn't work with all capes but a good amount. (ones that rely on i2c,
SPI, some UARTS)

It is OSHW
