[MinnowBoard] [MinnowBoard Max] HDMI issue with coreboot and Windows 8.1

On Minnowboard Max, if coreboot used as BIOS, is HDMI fully working with Windows 8.1? Because I see some horizontal lines appearing and disappearing on the screen.
