[MinnowBoard] Getting started

Has the documentation for Coreboot on the MAX.  The documentation (right
now) is specifically for the Gold v2 FSP Baytrail (there is a Gold v3
out now that has a lot of fixes and such).

Be careful about the The Gold v2 FSP, as it doesn't have the TXE or the
SPI flash descriptor and thus won't boot as a result.  There's some
commentary on the page about a possible work around.  Our understanding
is that Gold v3 has both of those, and isn't an issue anymore.

Thanks to California Sullivan, our mecob intern, for testing this and
writing it up and getting it into the wiki!
