[MinnowBoard] NIC Lure

Hi John,
I'll take a look at USB3/GbE for an interim solution. It came up as an
option some months ago, but I dismissed it because I thought the NIC lure
would be available in short order. Given that its availability timeline is
unknown right now, I agree the USB3/GbE approach is probably the best
option available if I'm going to continue developing for the MAX.
