[MinnowBoard] Cant find FirmwareUpdate.efi or MinnowBoard Max Flash Utility

The Firmware team failed to include them in the 0.73 zip files, and I
haven't been able to convince them to redo them and get those back up.

Simplest solution is to download the corresponding zip file from 0.71
and copy the FirmwareUpdate.efi out of that.

Hopefully the coming 0.75 firmware release will have that particular
issue resolved.
