[MinnowBoard] Cant find FirmwareUpdate.efi or MinnowBoard Max Flash Utility

Hello, its a shame to ask that question, but i want to update my max to
firmware 0.73 but i cant find the FirmwareUpdate.efi, is that anywhere to
download or somewhere included? in the release noted is something written
like copy the efi to the device or you will need the MinnowBoard Max Flash
Utility, but there is nothing written how to get the efi files.
