Hi,
it seems I have bricked (more or less) my minnowboardmax with the debug version
of the self-build 0.73 firmware. I can't get into efi shell or boot something from a
plugged device. The only thing which works is the bios setup.
I build the 0.73 firmware as described in '2014-WW42.4-MinnowBoardMax.73-ReleaseNotes.txt'
After successfully building and running the release version, I build the debug version
(with the ". Build_IFWI.sh MNW2 Debug" command), and flashed it onto the board.
Booting seems to work until the moment the progress bar has counted down. The
last messages I get on the serial interface are:
[...]
SmmLockBox LockBoxParameterHeader - 79E9D208
SmmLockBox Command - 3
SmmLockBoxSmmLib RestoreLockBox - Enter
SmmLockBoxSmmLib RestoreLockBox - Exit (Success)

SmmLockBoxDxeLib RestoreLockBox - Exit (Success)

Then the system hangs.
The only thing I can do is enter bios setup pressing F2 when the progress
bar is displayd and change things in the setup. But neither the built-in
efi shell starts, nor could I start something from USB stick/SD card.
It seems I need a dediprog to restore a working bios :(.
The downloaded debug version of the firmware from uefidk.com
(MNW2MAX1.X64.0073.D02.1409160948.bin), which I tested earlier
worked without problems. So the problem is only with my self-build
bios. My build host is a Ubuntu 12.04 lts. The resulting bios image
has the name "MNW2CRB_X64_D_0073_02_GCC.bin". Does it
mean something, that in my image name there is a "CRB" where in
the downloaded image is a "MAX1"?
