[MinnowBoard] Board is DOA?

I finally received my MinnowboardMax after about 6 weeks but I tried 
turning it on and it doesn't seem to be displaying anything.

I'm using an old router's AC adapter, AF1205-B, I believe it has the 
right barrel connector and it's rated for 5V 2.0A output.
