[MinnowBoard] MAX at 90ºC

Hi guys,

I put a fan on the MBM, a 12v small fan on J2. It uses 0.06A on 5V.
Just with that I reduced the temperature from 90 to 60 (it doesn't go above
that). Thats on Windows 10 and Ubuntu.
