[MinnowBoard] MAX Firmware 0.73

Ergh, sorry, this is an oversight form the Firmware team, and I'll be
bringing this up with them immediately.  I've been quiet about the 0.73
release because we've been checking some things on the source and the
drop happened while a lot of us were out at ELCE.

The easiest work-around is to snag the .efi files from the 0.71 release,
as those will work fine.
