[MinnowBoard] Fastboot issue

Assuming you have no storage attached (usb flash drives, sd cards, sata,
msata, etc) the system should resort (eventually) to the UEFI shell. F2
is supposed to work as well, do you have an FTDI serial cable to check
what's on the serial port?
