I already tried to use the I2Ctool, but there is no signal on pins 13 & 15.
The given example has just clarified that the device I2C has not been "installed/provided".
I also tried the I2C #6... I got the same result

Spidev requires a platform driver (describing the clock and chip select at the very least). I2C you can use i2ctools (but they are quirky).
You can see examples for each in the minnow-max-extras repository:

Subject: [MinnowBoard] Problem to exchange data on I2C
Hi everybody,
I installed the version 14.04 of Ubuntu, updated the kernel to 3.14.19, I checked the I2C is well activated in the BIOS and I installed the module i2c-dev but I cannot still see any exchange through I2C #5.
I read in a discussion thread that board files are needed to have SPI & I2C devices work. Is it true? Where can I find these files? Otherwise, does somebody have an idea?
Thank you,
El-Houari
