[MinnowBoard] Minnowboard RTC and Ethernet problems

Hello Everyone,

I installed a battery on my Minnowboard Max and
all things were functioning as usual. The board sat for a few weeks now it
no longer keeps time and the ethernet interface seems to have disappeared
completely. 

I can't see the device in the uefi shell devices
or devtree commands or while running lspci.

Anyone seen
anything similar?
