[MinnowBoard] Populate J2

I used a pair of break-away male header pins. Insert the pins from the top side of the board, solder to the bottom side. Remove the plastic spacer (they slide right off), and you can use can use a front panel connector from an old PC. The connectors that were used for the hard drive or power light, reset or power button, etc...
