[MinnowBoard] problem getting Minnowboard Max to start

Keep in mind that Minnowboard MAX is BayTrail-I not BayTrail-M/T so yes, it is “picky about power” - but if you are intending this for product development, you’ll find that switching over to one of those solutions will give you better battery controls.
