Distributor time estimates suck, horribly, film at 11.
I've seen this happen with all of them.

Yeah, and from what I've been seen their global internal distribution
seems to be a bit random. Or at least doesn't follow an obvious pattern.
Getting a statement that's actually useful and truthful seems next to
impossible.

I've given up on understanding large distributors, but I'm sure Dave
will be able to confirm the CCo side of things at least.
