[MinnowBoard] CPU max frequency only 1GHz

Hi all,

 

Ubuntu correctly recognizes the CPU of my Minnowboard MAX as E3825  @
1.33GHz but restricts the maximum frequency to 1GHz. Here is what lscpu
gives me:

 

Model name:            Intel(R) Atom(TM) CPU  E3825  @ 1.33GHz

Stepping:              3

CPU MHz:               400.039

CPU max MHz:           1000,0000

CPU min MHz:           400,0000

 

There was a discussion on the IRC channel lately and I'm wondering if anyone
has investigated in this?
